A Laughter Yoga session is a blend of yogic deep breathing, stretching, stimulated laughter, execrises
and child-like playfulness. Everyone who wants to add more laughter, homour and fun to their lives should attend.
Over the past two decades research has proved that laughter has a positive impact on various systems of the body, digestive, respiratory, circulation and nervous. Laughter helps to remove the negative effect of stress.
Scientists are convinced that laughter has both preventive and therapeutic value. Children can laugh 300-400 times a day, but when we grow into adults, this
frequency comes down to 15 times a day.
